La asociación cultural CINE LIBRE es una organización no gubernamental nacida en el año 2005 destinada a crear un espacio para desarrollar proyectos fílmicos que tengan como vocacion la experimentacion y desarrollo del lenguaje cinematografico.

El fin de esta asociacion sin afán de lucro es dar la oportunidad a que actores y creadores estimulen su capacidad colaborando en proyectos experimentales que por su contenido no tienen facil cabida comercial en la industria audiovisual.

1- In the art, it is essential the existence of revolutionary ways of thinking, which are the only way to create audacious concepts which enrich different ways of expression.

2- The art has to be independent from the system. It is required the existence of Non-budget film, humble and without hindrance, which investigates the spiritual background of our time.

3- It has to be the filmmakers who dominate the technique and not vice versa. The new technologies enable the democratisation of the audiovisual language and offer an alternative to the automation of the process of production.

4- FREE CINEMA keeps away from elements unconnected to the creation itself.

5- Filmmaker and actors can communicate in a supportive space, which is free from interference.

6- FREE CINEMA is an alternative and parallel way for creating projects those lack support from the industry.

7- FREE CINEMA refuses inflexibility and releases itself from technical and artistic Puritanism.

8- FREE CINEMA does not impose rules. It is a way of encounter.

9- FREE CINEMA detests rules, including those might have been found in this manifest itself.

1- En el arte es necesaria la existencia de formas de pensamiento revolucionario. Solo puede él crear conceptos audaces que enriquezcan las distintas formas de expresión.

2- El arte debe ser independiente del sistema. Es necesaria la existencia de un cine pobre, humilde, sin ataduras, que indague en la trastienda espiritual de nuestro tiempo.

3- Son los creadores los que deben dominar la técnica y no viceversa. Las nuevas tecnologías posibilitan la democratización de la gramática audiovisual y ofrecen una alternativa a la automatización de los procesos de producción.

4- CINE LIBRE elude el sometimiento a elementos ajenos a la misma creación.

5- Autores y actores pueden comunicarse en un espacio solidario y libre de interferencias.

6- CINE LIBRE es una vía alternativa y paralela en la creación de proyectos que carezcan de apoyo por parte de la industria.

7- CINE LIBRE rechaza la rigidez y se aleja de los puritanismos técnicos y artísticos.

8- CINE LIBRE no impone reglas. Es una vía de encuentro.

9- CINE LIBRE aborrece las reglas, incluidas las que se hallaran en este mismo manifiesto.
